MONTHLY RECOGNITION

Directions for Living sends out a monthly newsletter to all team members that includes shout outs for special achievements, an Employee of the Month, thank you’s from coworkers, birthdays and anniversaries, and more.

FACE TIME WITH THE CEO

Once a month, we invite all team members to attend a meeting we call “Soundbites” with our CEO for a chance to ask questions, get real-time information, and connect with coworkers and Leadership.

FUN EVENTS

Our morale team, the Sunshine Committee, plans monthly events for all team members including ice cream socials, Taco Tuesday luncheons, Spirit Week fun, wellness initiatives, holiday meals, and so much more!

ANNUAL CELEBRATION

Each year at the turn of our fiscal year, we have a week-long Spirit Week celebration that includes fun themes, food, and surprises, and ends with our annual all-staff event, Directions University (DU)! We close down all of our centers for the day to celebrate our wonderful team members!
